Textile Institute of Pakistan celebrated International Women’s Day at its campus and the city office to
acknowledge and appreciate all females’ hard work and dedication.
While we celebrate it, we believe that we should reflect on how we can keep moving forward because
there is still much work to be done, along with celebrating all our progress toward gender equality at
work. We can achieve true gender equity in the workplace if everyone takes responsibility for creating
inclusive working cultures.
At TIP, we think that having an inclusive workplace culture and promoting gender parity is essential to
accomplishing our objectives and will play a significant role in the institute’s future.
